Thomas Johnson is a partner with the firm. Tom serves as a Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel Attorney for the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Terry Leibold is a partner with the firm. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, creditor’s rights, real estate law, representation of property owners’ associations, and assisting small businesses. Terry is the immediate past President of the Judge Hugh Means Inn of Court and a former District Court Judge Pro Tem for Douglas County.
Matt Donnelly is an associate with the firm. His practice focuses on civil litigation, business transactions, guardianship/conservatorship, consumer protection, employment law, and administrative law.
Edward Sloan is a partner with the firm. His practice focuses on choice of entity, business transactions, corporate law, human resources, civil litigation, domestic relations, real estate, wills and trusts. Ed is licensed to practice law in state and federal court in Kansas and Missouri.
